I always knew there was something that I should do with my life, so as soon as I helped someone using hypnosis, I knew I had found what that thing was.
My initial training was in 2004 with the amazing Academy of Hypnotic Arts. I not only learned how to put people into ‘trance’, but also the confidence to help people achieve just about anything they wanted.

What can I say, 14 days of being a Non Smoker, after 20+ years! Karen was amazing, took me through every step in a very relaxed calm manner. I've only listened to her CD once since our session, as I honestly feel I don't need it. If you're wondering about giving up I wholly recommend Karen, she and what she does does it's amazing. Hi Karen...just wanted to update you on my progress since my last session. After a few years of struggling to leave the house even to make it to my local shop..... I was very skeptical about whether this sort of thing would really work to help me quit smoking... my will power is rubbish. I’m 4 days in now and I can’t explain how much I don’t feel the urge to smoke. It’s amazing really! I highly recommend This ... Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview.
Tension & Stress
Whether in good times or bad, most people say that stress interferes at least moderately with their lives. Chronic stress can affect your health, causing symptoms from headaches, high blood pressure, and chest pain to heart palpitations, skin rashes, and loss of sleep.
Fears & Phobias
If you have a phobia, you probably realize that your fear is irrational, yet you still can’t control your feelings. Just thinking about the feared object or situation may make you anxious. And when you’re actually exposed to the thing you fear, the terror is automatic and overwhelming.
